This notice explains how the website handles inquiries, sample submissions and report delivery. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
Information you provide
We collect the contact name, organization, email, phone number, requested service and sample details that you submit for an inquiry or testing request. Sequence, modification and testing-objective information is collected only when you choose to provide it. Contact our team first if confidential materials require a separate delivery arrangement.
How information is used
Our team uses these records to respond to inquiries, agree methods and shipping requirements, manage sample receipt and testing, deliver reports and address questions about the request. Customer and sample records are not displayed publicly on the website.
Storage and access
Website records and private report files are stored on the institution-managed server in the United States. Authorized staff access them through the administration system. If email notifications are enabled, the configured email provider delivers operational notifications; the current notification format contains the receipt number and administration link rather than the full sample or contact record.
Report access and security records
Report lookup and download require a report number and a separate query code. Query codes are stored as non-reversible hashes and are not placed in lookup URLs. Hashed, short-lived request counters help limit repeated submissions and code guesses. Staff authentication uses session cookies.
Retention, corrections and deletion requests
Staff currently manage retention according to the status of the testing engagement and the need to keep analytical records. A uniform automatic deletion period has not been enabled. Contact us to request a correction, ask about retention of a particular record or submit a deletion request. Staff will review the request and the relevant records before processing it.
